Cod Liver in Own Oil

Rich, buttery, cod livers harvested from wild Icelandic cod, seasoned with salt.

You may remember being tortured with cod liver oil as children, but this is nothing like that. It's visually challenging to embrace, but it's surprisingly delicious. 

From the Minnow team: "When we aren’t eating this with a spoon right out of the can (seriously!) we like to spread it on toast with sea salt, lemon and herbs. Butter of the sea."
